In the present study the overall job satisfaction among doctors was 46%. The components that have significant contribution for satisfaction / dissatisfaction were job security, attitude with immediate boss, relationship between management & doctors, attention paid to suggestions, rate of pay, freedom to choose method of working, opportunity to use skills, job security, amount of variety in job.
