This study primarily aims to examine the influence of HRM Practices on job satisfaction. In the new business era, improvement in HRM Practices is given more importance as it manages human resource from all the system of the organization. Subsequently, the more HRM Practices, which are currently being, experienced in their employment, the more satisfied them seem to be and the better their psychological contact among employees. In this study, HRM Practices dimension are: teamwork, training, supervisory communication motivation and compensation and benefits. Hence, job satisfaction on 152 professionals at a manufacturing organization located in Penang was analyzed. A Correlation Test was conducted to examine the correlation of HRM Practices and job satisfaction. Besides, gender, age and length of service were also tested whether it moderate the above relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction. The implication of the study is that the management should emphasize on HRM practices in improving job satisfaction among employees in their organization.
