Little bit information is available in organizational behaviour book, but the detail theoretical background is not available there. For writing this book author took thorough review of previous researches relating to job satisfaction, job involvement and organizational commitment. Theories developed by various researchers are found out and are included in this book. This book contains the complete theoretical background of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job involvement. The language of this book is lucid, simple and easy to understand.
