Stress has been seen as a major threat to employees' performance and survival in any organization of the world. various factors believed to cause job stress have been identified by different scholars with differing solutions emanating from the course of these research works. This work examined the effect of job stress on employees' performance in Nigerian Tertiary Hospitals. various forms of stressors were examined and thus providing contributory conclusion for the general use of the public.
