He is a leading national and international expert on high-rise residential, transit-oriented development, and innovative design. He's responsible for much of the resurgence in Chicago's downtown residential area as well as transformational projects in Chicago's neighborhoods. Lahey earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
