Judicial Reform, Anti-Corruption Policy and Law Enforcement Activities

The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and legal study of the organizational and legal aspects of judicial reform, the formation of a judicial performance evaluation system, combating corruption in law enforcement agencies, and the functioning of specialized anti-corruption institutions in Ukraine, as well as prospects for their improvement considering contemporary conditions of European integration, martial law, and requirements for building a democratic state governed by the rule of law.The state's activities in the sphere of judicial reform and combating corruption are substantiated through the functioning of the judicial system, the High Qualification Commission of Judges, the High Council of Justice, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the High Anti-Corruption Court, and other state bodies, as determined by their powers and competence.
