It is essential that the exercise of judicial authority be in the public domain, discreet, and professional. Its legitimacy as a public authority is obtained through the recognition of its judgments, in which there is communication between its decisions and society. But what kind of communication should the judiciary, especially judges, use, to let the public know about their activities and to ensure that their interaction strengthens the republic, generating proximity between sovereign and public power?
