Juvencio Pulgar

This research is a synthesis of contemporary Venezuela through the life of our character Juvencio Pulgar, a political leader born in the state of Zulia at a historical moment that marks the beginning of oil exploitation. He lived through the dictatorship of Pérez Jiménez, experienced exile and on his return to his homeland continued his education in the classrooms of the Central University of Venezuela, where he projected his ideas and became part of the country's political arena.

Francis Marrero de González, desenvolveu a sua carreira profissional na Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador Pedagógico de Caracas: Professora de Geografia e História, Magister Scientiarum em Ensino de Geografia e Doutora em Educação. Assistente de ensino na UPEL- IUJMSM. Fundador da Cátedra La Ruralidad na UPEL.
