Juvenile Delinquency and Criminality Under Ethiopian Criminal Law

Looking for juvenile issue is looking at very decisive matter about the shine futurity of one generation. For such a decisive matters the legislations of the state has a great place. These legislations are not only national scope, there has to be international conventions and agreements that the state has to accept and apply. The mode of incorporation of international instruments into Ethiopian domestic law is also assessed as it has great problem and resulted in the failure of implementation. On the other hand the root causes of juvenile delinquency are not single and similar from place to place; from time to time. Many theories have been advanced to explain the cause of juvenile delinquency. Some are quite sophisticated, whereas others are predicated on rather basic "instinctive" conclusions that may or may not have a basis in fact. Practitioners and researchers have sought for generations to explain why juveniles engage in criminal acts.
