Juvenile Delinquency in Bangladesh: Law and Application

This research has been made about offences committed by children of Bangladesh comparing with other countries. It contains law and its application against juvenile delinquencies and some recommendations to cure the social curse. However it takes almost one year and has update information up to March, 2012. Dr. Md. Anisur Rahman Chairman of Department of Law and Justice at Rajshahi University has given his guidance to make such a informative and comparative legal research. This research also has been encouraged from Dr. Monjur Kadar who is famous fellow in this arena. Hopefully, this research may come to fill the need of knowledge of Juvenile Crime in Bangladesh.
