Juvenile Delinquency in Prospect of Ayurveda and Yoga

The book entitled "JUVENILE DELINQUENCY- IN PERSPECT OF AYURVEDA AND YOGA" emphasizes on the situation of juvenile Delinquency in the world and its prevention through the holistic principles of Ayurveda and Yoga. Ayurveda believes in the concept of Acara Rasayana or Regimonial Rejuvenation for longevity. This encompasses the principles of truthfulness, refrainment from anger, forbiddance of alcohol, sexual act , violence and adoption of non violence, politeness in speech, practice of japa, cleanliness, respect towards elderly, teachers, god etc for a long and healthy life. This book also explores about the contribution of Yoga for reducing aggression and improving adjustment in delinquents all over world. In this book the attempt is also made to rationalize the approach towards Ayurveda and Yoga for prevention of adolescent juvenile delinquency. In short this book is a small attempt to explore the holistic concepts of Ayurveda and Yoga in the perspective of delinquency.
