Change is the Law of Nature & Everybody wants some change in his/her life,Children are the most vulnerable section of the society irrespective of their social economic background, At the level of prevention, their aim includes supporting and strengthening families to reduce social exclusion, and to lower the risk of separation, violence and exploitation. Responsibilities are often spread across government agencies, with services delivered by the local authorities, non-state providers and community groups, making coordination between sectors and levels, including route line referral systems, necessity component of effective child protection systems, So through this research work understand the loophole in juvenile justice delivery system and appreciate the role played by the Indian Judiciary in the establishment of an orderly and civilized society, where focused the Strength of the Juvenile Justice System, Evolution of the Juvenile Justice System in India and Criminal responsibility of a minor or child, Government should take Serious Initiatives or betterment for Child Interest and their Development and try to reduce the number of cases and heinous crime against juvenile.
