KEY ELEMENTS OF INVESTMENT LAW

Shorttitle This manual addresses the key principles which govern the International Investment. They range from the admission of the investment, the rights and obligations of the key players in international investment; guarantees extended, the standard of treatment of the parties and the mode of settling a dispute between the parties are explained with a reflection of the same principles in Tanzanian laws. The manual has also shed light in a number of bilateral investment agreements as they are the growing areas on the general aspects of investment as well.
