It is only another facet of the childhood Still's disease which constitutes the original version of the disease. Its etiopathogeny remains obscure. To date, the diagnosis of adult Still's disease is based on a set of clinical and paraclinical arguments in the absence of a pathognomonic clinical or biological marker of the disease.
