Kidneys as a target organ in chronic heart failure

Chronic heart failure is often complicated by damage of one of the main target organs - kidneys with the development of their dysfunction, chronic disease and even terminal chronic renal failure, which increases the duration, frequency of hospitalizations and mortality of patients.
