It covers planning of key areas in disaster management, including; disaster transportation management, humanitarian response management, crowd estimation, temporal sheltering, etc. It promotes a proactive approach towards disaster management by reviewing historical disasters and analyzing current scenarios in order to partially predict and act proactively, where possible.
