Knowledge Management in Salvador's University Libraries

Knowledge management is an activity linked to harnessing the skills of the individuals who make up an organization through the use of technology tools combined with the dynamics of appreciation, training and motivation in order to promote continuous improvement. A unique case in knowledge management is that of higher education institutions, which basically deal with knowledge. The challenge for higher education institutions is to structure and make available the information they generate and then use this information as a feedback resource.
