Knowledge Networks

The aim of this paper is to analyse the neural relationships (learning of knowledge and skills) around organisational development in administrative staff, teachers and students of a public university in the State of Mexico. Studies on organisational development have often dealt with the adaptation of an organisation to the contingencies of the environment. Or it is a process of diagnosis, strategy, implementation and evaluation aimed at improving the quality of processes and products.
