KPIs for measuring construction success during economic crisis

KPIs that are possibly the most valuable during an economic crisis are those that are initially deemed most basic of measures. These tend to be based related measures around time, productivity, and clients satisfaction with regards defects and EOT claims. These keep the client happy and produce, a good if not better, name for the company than the KPIs regarded as "unproductive above, All in all resulting in motivated staff and fast effective projects. They also monitor the backbone of the construction contract, productivity results in lowest total costs within areas of the contract.
