Labor contracts in modern Russia

The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the contractual method of regulation of social and labor relations in modern Russia. The book reveals the concept, content, types of employment contracts, as well as the procedure and grounds for their termination. The author pays special attention to the legal guarantees at the conclusion of the employment contract. An important place is given to the coverage of the role of collective agreements and contracts in the establishment of working conditions of employees.

Elle a obtenu son diplôme de droit à la faculté de droit de l'université d'État de Rostov. En 2000, elle a soutenu sa thèse sur les questions de droit du travail régional. Elle est maître de conférences en droit social à l'université fédérale du Caucase du Nord (Stavropol, Russie).
