It can be difficult to work in the field of scientific research if no one takes your hand, particularly for young researchers. That's why I've created this book to help more young researchers participate in scientific science without fear. Thus, this book contains a variety of methods for performing several topics in the field of scientific research, especially in the field of microbiology. These approaches are adapted from many scientific manuscripts, as well as from my own experiences.

Dr. Osama A. Al-Bedak is Mycologist at Assiut University Mycological Centre (AUMC). He is interested in Basic and Applied Mycology, Fungal Plant Pathology and Fungal Biotechnology, member of the Society of Basic and Applied Mycology (Egypt) and member in the team work of Multidisciplinary Research Centre for Excellence at Assiut University, Egypt.
