Labour enforcement guarantee fund

This work presents a modern view of the application of the labour enforcement guarantee fund, highlighting the institutions and peculiarities of the enforcement phase in labour proceedings. It is necessary to understand the problems faced by the Judiciary in order to seek satisfactory solutions rather than 'palliative' ones. This work is based on the implementation of the constitutional principle of reasonable duration of proceedings in light of the satisfaction of the litigant, with the labour enforcement guarantee fund being an instrument capable of realising the rights denied to workers in labour courts, presenting possible solutions to the slowness of judicial proceedings and ensuring fair, useful and adequate protection. The idea is to guarantee and propose mechanisms to society that enable satisfactory judicial proceedings. This book is intended for all those who work in labour courts.
