Labour flexibilisation and Bolivia

Since the dawn of independent life there has been bad legislation with regard to various legal issues. Because they naively believed that the rule would regulate for good the misconduct, loopholes and emerging issues in a society reluctant to admit its reality. Thus, deprived of morality and God, they left it up to the legal body to deal with the consequences caused by it without taking into account the roots of these consequences being rooted in their own irresponsibility.
