The new industrial era has been on the verge There are tremendous opportunities in the development of Low cost substitute for the industrial products across the world. We, at India-Maharashtra and in particular Jalgaon is reckoned by the segment of Plastic hub. The speed of growth of this industry is amazing, vis-à-vis the continuouos requirement of labour to feed this industry. Actually, it doesn t consume labour but this factor of production has a little retention time in this type of industry. The growth has been in question, there are many supply commitment failures, and there was in general apparent fading of businessman as well new breed of entrepreneurs were not ready to start and hence to expand too. Keeping in view of the problem a study on this issue of Labor Turnover was taken over on schedule. The research has gone into the depth of finding variables behind the issue and could able to unlish certain parameters, few to name-Age, Social status, Attitude, salary, add-on facilities, Zeal for growth etc.
