LAND SERVITUDE CONTRACTS AND FORMATION OF A GEOINFORMATION BASE

Current market economy, servitude has become an institution of special importance in terms of modern land jurisprudence, and practically requires a solution to several problem issues.The land is the most important part of the national wealth of our country, the main basis for maintaining production. The effective use of land on the basis of the recommendations of Science, the correct provision of its protection, is undoubtedly an important criterion for economic development. The limitation of land resources is always an urgent problem, which entails the development of developments with a certain scientific solution in this regard.The analysis of land servitude contracts of developed foreign countries is a research goal. It is the task of the study to research the stages of improving the method of conclusion and formation of land servitude contracts and substantiate its peculiarities.
