Immigrant women today represent mothers of citizens in many nations tomorrow. They are seeking for real solutions about challenges they face in language and literacy barriers. Southeast Asian immigrant women's accounts challenge any complacency about current situation in Taiwan whereby we ignore the fact that biliteracy learning issue is a daily struggle for more than twenty thousands of them.
