Law and Psychology in Conflict Management - Interface

The interface between law and psychology comes together in a diversity of demands involving the human being. The first science deals with behavioural regulation, while the second, the dynamics of behaviour in its complex of manifestations. Specifically for the conflict management addressed in this book, there are alternative forms such as mediation and conciliation with their assumptions and contributions from both scientific studies, which elevates the analysis and thematic interventions, to a legitimate value for society.

Postgraduate student in Conflict Management and Restorative Practices at Faveni and Postgraduate student in Public Law at Legale. He works with a perspective of multiprofessional work, with the human factor as a pillar of studies.
