LAW, MORALITY AND RATIONALITY

Law, morality and rationality is a work in which a study of the currents that refer to positive law and natural law is carried out; the opinions that consider that they should be united, as well as the opinions that should be separated; as well as the way in which they can be related through the reasoning that the judges carry out at the moment of individualizing the norm to solve the cases that are presented to them by the parties.
