Leaders and Employees: Perceptions of Distance Training
Details
Organizational leaders have been transitioning from tradition, in-person training to distance or online training in recent years. Little is known about the impact this has on employees, specifically their perception of training effectiveness. This study explores the perceived impact on a group of employees who have experienced a change in their training delivery format. The leadership within their organization has changed their trainings from in-person to a distance training format unique to their organization.
