Indeed, training is a direct and inherent requirement for the implementation of development activities by local players. This training module on "Leadership and Personal Development" has been developed with this in mind, to further equip local players. However, it is important to stress that this guide is a didactic support in the form of a leadership and personal development training module, which can in no way replace physical participation in the workshop. The aim of this guide is to enable participants to have access to a well-structured package of information; Be able to refer to this document to recall what was said during the session; Be able to get back into the mood of the session facilitation by simply reading this document; Consolidate and/or deepen their knowledge of leadership and personal development through the course notes.
