Leadership style and its influence on team development

In the globalised world in which we find ourselves, where competition is ever greater, organisations need even more effective management systems and competent leaders to get the best out of their teams. As a result, it is necessary to show the role of leaders within organisations, their different styles of leadership and how this affects people's development. All companies need effective leaders to lead their work teams, so there is a need for companies to identify the role of the leader within their work teams and which leadership style fits best in the quest to achieve organisational objectives.
