Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction
Details
Employees are the most important resource in organizations. Nevertheless, managers spend a minimal amount of time learning more about human behavior, communication, and how their attitudes and behavior impact employee performance. This book focused on the purpose to address the relationship between leadership style and academic employees' job satisfaction. This book includes an introduction part about the problem in the first part and its theoretical framework with the methodology adopted in the next part. Besides, conclusion and recommendation based on the basic findings is also incorporated. Despite an increased role of leaders in every area, it is surprising that so little research has actually been conducted on the topic, especially in the area of universities, in our country Ethiopia. So, this study had intended to provide the remedies of these deficiencies and provide a unique contribution to the scholarly literature. By replicating this study in different countries and contexts the results could be very helpful for developing a new model of leadership that can be implemented easily and successfully in a cross cultural context.
