Leadership has drawn an unparalleled and unprecedented attention of researchers as well as managers of today's Corporate World over last couple of decades more than ever. Farooq Anwar Bajwa is currently working as Asst. Professor at Superior University,Lahore. During his Ph.D. from Universiti Teknologi, Malaysia, he got 12 Research Articles published in renowned International Journals & also presented more than 10 Research papers in different Conferences across the globe.His area of research are HRM and Leadership
