Leadership styles of male and female managers in NPOs

Do women lead differently than men? The following work explores this question and examines the similarities and differences between male and female leaders in terms of leadership style in social economy organisations in Vienna. In this work, social economy organisations are understood to be NPOs. Employees from five different organisations were surveyed on this topic.
