We all have heard it million times- 'business is business and what's personal should stay personal'. Keep your business and personal life separate. Don't allow the personal life to affect your performance in the organization. Most organization assume this view point.With the emerging research, narrative has been shifting, Past research have found a strong correlation between Emotional intelligence and Success. Emotional intelligence has been a topic for business today. It's because as we walk to the organization its difficult or rather impossible to leave our emotions back. Emotions is core to being human. Research and our own experience reveal that business can go from good to great only when people running it is same at workplace as are at home. It's assumed that emotions are always bad and must be kept out of the business but healthy emotions do have a place in business. In fact, it improves the well-being of business.
