Lean Tools in Logistics Processes

Lean thinking is an essential philosophy for executives to achieve success or maximize profits in the businesses they manage, proving to be a strategy for any and all companies. From this perspective, this work provides support for managerial development concerning the operationalization of logistics processes. It addresses functional aspects, as well as the interface with other areas of the company, in addition to factors related to business logistics management techniques as a tool for reducing costs and increasing competitive capacity, thus providing extremely useful information for those working in the administrative area.
