Described by one senior international manager as a true 'Sensei of Change', he has guided continuous improvement programmes ranging in size from small single site applications to company-wide multi-site transformation programmes. This has included support for well respected and award winning companies such as 3M, Ford, General Motors, GE, IKEA, Heineken and Johnson Matthey across Europe, India, USA, China and Japan. Nick Rich is a renowned academic and expert in productivity management and the application of lean enterprise methods. He holds a number of Non-Executive Directorships and maintains an Honorary Fellowship at Cardiff University, an Honorary Professorship at Warwick Medical School and a Visiting Scholorship at the University of Bath. He has co-authored several government reports and is highly regarded as an academic who can translate his research into practice.
