Learner Perceptions of Using Blogs in English Learning

This is a paper about the hot issue - blog, the online journal.Both instructional technolgy and language learning were integrated in the research and furthermore, concluded with significant results. The author hopes that the paper will probably make a little contribution for instructors, teachers, bloggers and language learners.
