Learning Chemistry in the Electrotechnical Technical Course
Details
Didactic-methodological approaches in Youth and Adult Education increasingly require a differentiated and attractive methodology capable of motivating them. In the case of chemistry teaching and in view of a historical scenario with a high level of student disinterest in this subject, this paper proposes the use of didactic and methodological resources capable of giving students in Youth and Adult Education (EJA) the opportunity to express themselves, engage in dialog and, consequently, get involved in the learning process. The themes and resources were selected according to the syllabus of the technical course in Electrotechnics Integrated to High School: Atomic Models, Periodic Tables, Electrical Conductivity of Solutions, Acid and Base, Oxidation Reactions and Radioactivity.
