Psychopedagogy is an area of knowledge in constant development in the country, with the new configuration of education on the national scene, as well as the current Brazilian socio-economic configuration, in which everyone is included in basic education, with no selection of individuals, in addition to the policy of inclusion, a new scenario that not all education professionals or educational institutions are yet prepared for, which perhaps explains the high rate of failure, dropout, drop in national educational indices, as well as a significant increase in the number of students with learning difficulties. Thus, we can see the need for a trained professional to guide and help educational institutions and education workers, including teachers, to formulate or even reformulate the teaching-learning process, thus improving educational indices and reducing the number of school dropouts and failures.
