Learning through Technology

Over 17 years we have applied a pedagogical and multimedia model (SAFEM-D) and a technological platform (NetForma) to Higher Education and Vocational Training which, as research shows, have achieved high results from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective, using appropriate statistical evidence and the evaluation concepts defined by Kirkpatrick. This essay illustrates the future of learning, which is why we want to challenge other researchers to use our model in other learning cycles, such as primary and secondary education, as well as experimenting with the Responsive system as a support for the NetForma platform, i.e. in addition to using the computer, also using tablets and smartphones as a means of studying and accessing the Internet.

Doktortitel in Erziehungswissenschaften in eLearning und bLearning (UNED). Er war geschäftsführender Direktor des IEFD an der Portugiesischen Katholischen Universität und Universitätsdozent am ISGB, der Universidade Moderna und der Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Er ist der koordinierende Professor des EBS-Richtlinien-Hochschulkurses und außerdem Geschäftsführer von DLC - Distance Learning Consulting.
