Legal analysis of current intellectual property regulations

The free access to the Internet and the digitalization of incalculable materials such as books, music or feature films, as well as diverse contents, entails a constant danger for the rights belonging to the various authors, as well as the difficulty of arresting those who incur in computer piracy.It is therefore necessary to take a close look at the fundamental aspects of this criminal phenomenon, which is naturalized in such a way that it merits an analysis from the point of view of criminal law, after a review of the rules in force, both at the national level and in international treaties.
