Legal guidelines for the realization of acceptance

The present Monograph, has as object of study, the analysis of the application of the realization of the acceptance of inheritance with benefit of inventory in the notarial voluntary way, as a voluntary process.The main objective is how the process of acceptance of inheritance with benefit of inventory could be solved in the notarial voluntary way, taking into account that with the enactment of Law No. 483 "Law of the Plurinational Notary", opens the competence to the Notaries of Public Faith to know voluntary processes.The type of research is qualitative by establishing a legal theoretical study from the concrete reality in the interpretation and application of the rules governing the Acceptance of Inheritance with benefit of inventory, the voluntary process and the notarial voluntary way.The purpose is that the Notaries of Public Faith can know the Acceptance of Inheritance with benefit of inventory, all this in the sense that it is a voluntary process and also these notarial officials with the implementation of the rule that governs them, which is the Law of the Plurinational Notary.
