Legal protection of the family property

The book is characterized by the analysis of the legal protection of the family asset against possible expropriation in the face of judicial executions. The institute of protection aims not only at the protection of the family asset, but the maintenance of the family as a whole. The possibility or not of expressly waiving the legal protection of the family asset is analyzed, when the executed party himself offers this asset for attachment. Thus, based on judgments, doctrine and legislation, it is an elaboration of a reflective-legal thought of the importance of this institute so well protected.
