Legal security and the effectiveness of the law

This work is a collective contribution and aims to present the study within the scope of academic cooperation on security and effectiveness from the topics such as migration law on the status of foreigners , international and human law and restorative justice as a tool for resolutions and social conflicts.The challenge is to build the foundations of national sovereignty and states' rights to a new global ethic, agreed on human rights.
