Lending to investment projects of small business entities

Being an indicator of the national economy development, small business entities do not have extensive opportunities to attract sufficient funding, which is the basis for the functioning of any sector of the economy, which necessitates the formation of an effective lending system. The activation of innovative activity of small business entities is possible due to the improvement of the mechanism of innovative projects financing, by implementing the following measures: creation of the regulatory framework, which will regulate the activities of crowdfunding platforms, will increase the level of confidence of participants and investors, and will increase the flow of investment in start-ups; creation of favorable conditions for business angels.As foreign experience shows, an indispensable condition for success in the development of small businesses is comprehensive and stable state and private support. It is a question of taxation and crediting conditions, legal regulation, state financial support of small enterprises. It is necessary to widely implement guarantee schemes and the mechanism of subsidizing a part of the interest rate on loans to small businesses, to stimulate and support the creation of an ecosystem of business angel financing; to raise awareness of small entrepreneurship about financing opportunities.
