In this book Abebe gives emphasis to conditions in North Africa during the Arab Revolution of 2011; the revolution that ousted Muammer Gaddafi from power; overview of Libya After Gaddafi; peculiar factors that contributed for the relapse of the state in to the still resuming disorder; and the economic, social, political and security related consequences of post-2011 Libyan crisis on the people of Libya and the region, most importantly, the North African States and the Sahel.
