The main purpose of this paper is to discover their discriminated condition this paper has brought three different and contemporary factor related with women s life in Bangladesh. Firstly this paper tried to find out the inequalities in marriage in Muslim family law. The purpose of this paper is to provide a clear idea on our society in which we live and to represent the societal misinterpretation of the laws related to marriage I think which the ultimate face of patriarchy is. This paper will try to unfold the broader meaning how the societal actors reinforce the system of patriarchal cycle through the legal system. We all have been stereotyped by this male privileged society and the existing legal system is a strong influence of the typed or bias notion. Secondly This paper tried to demonstrate the cruelties which insist the gender based violence as well as violation against women in the various societies of Bangladesh. Actually this paper is a short attempt to relocate the patriarchal ideologies, reflects in our society.Lastly it has taken a attempt to relocate the power-politics of gender in question of empowering women through micro loan.
