My name is Zisan, a name with roots and rhythm, one that sings when spoken as its meant to be. Ive spent my life teaching people to say it right, because names are more than sounds; they are pieces of who we are. Defending mine has been practice for proving myself, standing my ground, and showing I belong exactly as I am. There have been struggles. I've had to work harder than I thought possible, with moments where doubt could have taken over. But I never stopped believing in the good. My optimism is stitched together from the love of my family, the laughter of my friends, and the quiet kindness of strangers. Every person in my life has been a teacher, an inspiration, a reminder that even the smallest moments can carry the greatest weight. When I'm not writing, I work in public service.
