The book deals with livelihood practice of rural people of Nepal. Agricultural intensification, diversification, modification and change as livelihood strategies of rural people after the connection of road with urban centres have been take as an issue to analyse. Autorentext

Krishna Prasad Timalsina, MPhil in Development Studies (Norway) has been teaching in various colleges as a lecturer, and has also been working as a researcher and planner in various organizations in Kathmandu, Nepal. He is the author of articles, reports and books in the field of livelihood, environment, urban poverty and development planning.
